Program Option #1:
Two Day/"Student Leadership Development Residency" |

This format provides the opportunity for two program facilitators to reside on your campus for a two-day period. The structure
is extremely flexible and can be scheduled to meet the needs of your organization during midweek, weekends, semester break and
summer vacation periods. The two-day format includes (18) eighteen hours of presentation time as follows: an initial evening
session (6pm to 11pm), a full-day and evening session (10am to 10pm, with lunch and dinner breaks ) and a morning session (9am to 12 noon).
The two-day residency format includes 18 hours of intensive workshops, by two professional facilitators, as well as
the opportunity for program facilitators to meet with members of the professional staff and campus student leaders.
Additionally, it includes program training workbooks and suggested follow-through activities and interventions for
professional staff and campus student leaders and participants. Training program facilitator contact via email and telephone
are additional benefits for participants and staff who schedule this format.
Training Program Option #2:
Full Day/"Student Leadership Development Seminar" |

This format provides the opportunity for two facilitators to present the key components of leadership on your campus for a full-day period.
The structure is flexible and can be scheduled to meet the needs of your organization during midweek, weekends, semester break and
summer vacation periods. The one-day format includes (7) seven hours of presentation time during the day or afternoon/evening.
The full-day format includes 7 hours of workshops, by two professional facilitators, as well as the opportunity for program facilitators
to meet with members of the professional staff and campus student leaders. Additionally, it includes program training packets and
suggested follow-through activities for professional staff and campus student leaders and participants.
Training Program Option #3:
Half Day/"Student Leadership 'Special Topics' Workshop" |

This format provides the opportunity for the organization to focus on one area of leadership specific to local needs. The structure
is flexible and can be scheduled to meet the needs of your organization during midweek, weekends, semester break and summer vacation periods.
The half-day format includes (3) three hours of workshop time and can be scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening.
The half-day format includes 3 hours of workshops, by one or two professional facilitators, as well as the opportunity for program
facilitator(s) to meet with members of the professional staff and campus student leaders. Additionally, it includes program training packets
and suggested follow-through activities for professional staff and campus student leaders.
Training Program Option #4:
Two Hour/"Introduction to Effective Student Leadership" |

This format is an excellent way to schedule a student leadership presentation during the campus activity period. This approach provides
the opportunity for one or two facilitators to present an introduction to effective student leadership concepts. Additionally,
it includes program training "handouts" and suggested follow-through activities for professional staff.
The two-hour format includes 2 hours of presentation, by one
or two professional facilitators, as well as the opportunity
for program facilitator(s) to meet with members of the professional
staff and campus student leaders.
