"Corporate Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurial Skills for Personal and Corporate Success"

(Two Days/Sixteen Hours)

EQ + IQ=Personal and Organizational Effectiveness

Who Should Attend:

This program will help you as a manager in the role of individual employee, supervisor or team leader to strengthen entrepreneurial skills and abilities. Skills learned during the corporate entrepreneurial program can be applied to one's role within the organization now, or outside of the organization in the future.

What Will You Do:

You will identify the importance of entrepreneurial performance leadership and it's impact on the organization, teamwork and individual contributions. Understand and personalize entrepreneurial characteristics such as: Vision, Mission, Leadership, Communication, Competency, Organization, Involvement, Empowerment, Goals and Results.

Back On The Job, You Will Be Able To:
  • Use entrepreneurial skills to display leadership and become more motivated, more innovative and more accountable.
  • Utilize the entrepreneurial performance leadership model to link and align individuals and teams with the organization's business needs and opportunities.
  • Use the individual performance cycle to establish desired performance goals that can be measured and that link directly to organizational goals.
Highlights:
  • communicate more effectively at every level,
  • accept and take more reasonable risks,
  • develop and strengthen a sense of urgency and heightened awareness,
  • replace delegating with performance leadership, and
  • motivate more productive teamwork.
Seminar Description:

Why should business leaders of today focus on Corporate Entrepreneurship? Because, entrepreneurial skills equip individuals to bridge the gaps between empowerment thinking and empowerment doing, between innovative fact and creative fantasy, between delegation and performance leadership. In fact, these individuals demonstrate, through their visible observable actions, that they use their discretionary effort, as opposed to effort coerced through a command and control management approach.
