Module 1 - Getting More Done Through Delegation
This Management Development Module will provide participants
with the opportunity to learn about the theory of delegation,
which includes the following eight ingredients of effective
delegation: directions, rationale, outcomes, authority, deadline,
feedback, controls/follow-up and support.
Each individual will also complete a delegation assessment
which will let them know how well they are currently delegating.
Participants will complete a Delegation Profile which will
be used in the development of a Delegation Action Plan.
